Leading by example, Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives launches a Digital Campaign to promote its Online Services. At a time when physical distancing is highly encouraged, Allied Insurance held the press conference online. At today’s online press conference, Mr.Niushad Shareef; Marketing Manager of Allied Insurance announced Allied Digital Campaign that would be held from November to December 2020 and briefed the media about the timeline of events.
According to Niushad, this campaign will consist of the country’s first ever webinar series named #Rakkaavethibiyyaa, which will cover various topics of insurance. He also informed that Insurance experts of the company and relevant guest speakers will join the discussions on how insurance could assist in these situations. Highlighting further, he stated that Allied will be releasing a series of video tutorials educating the public on certain beneficials plans and how to acquire them.
Speaking further, Niushad made note of the additional feature of Allied Individual Life Insurance Plans. He explained that this new addition will ensure death benefit for the new and existing customers of Allied Individual Life policies. Under this coverage, if a policy holder dies due to complications of Covid 19, his/her beneficiary will be eligible for a lump sum. However, for Child Education plans the amount will be transferred to the child at the age of 18 years as the purpose of the policy is strictly educational. Although, payment of the said policy will be borne by the insurance company once the policy issuer gets deceased.
