Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives commenced a special training on the 14th of April 2013 to enhance the Call Centre and Customer Service standard. This programme was designed and would be conducted by Success Consultancy, who has been an experienced facilitator of such corporate trainings.
The induction ceremony was held at Allied Customer Service office located at Fen building, 3rd floor. At this short ceremony, the Managing Director of Allied Insurance Mr. Abdul Wahid Thowfeeq addressed the staff concerning the importance of quality customer service in a competitive business environment, and that providing good customer services should be one of the core responsibility. Also Mr. Wahid advised the staff to make the finest use of this training. In addition to this, he also mentioned that through this training, new and more effective customer service standards would be set and this would be a huge step for the future of Allied to boost company’s brand value.
Mr. Masood Ali- trainer also briefed the participants of the objectives of this training program.
